Foundation for Girls Leadership is excited to announce a new initiative The “Talk Daily Issues”- which is an initiative championed by our founder, Ms Memory Banda. The talk Daily Issues is an open forum that is providing an outlet for girls and young people to discuss current burning reality issues affecting girls and young people in our society.
Through the Talk Daily Issues Memory, the founder of the foundation wants to bring the most impactful and transformative experience for girls, and young people. Through this advocacy platform girls and young people will be able to challenge the status quo and be able to think creatively and constructively in addressing girls’ issues and innovate impactful solutions. The platform is amplifying young people’s voices and is giving them an opportunity to learn and lead. It is also a learning platform where young people learn in story-telling and public speaking.
The “Talk Daily Issues” show, is also a platform and a safe space for young girls and adolescents to advocate for workable solutions and demand accountability from local and national representatives and duty bearers. As right holders, they will be able to mobilize their peers and generate public dialogues.
